During the third quarter (July to September) of 2018 the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) Veterinary Services Chief Directorate conducted a Vaccination Campaign against rabies in Gauteng’s previously disadvantaged communities. GDARD also held a successful West Rand Pig Farmers Information Sharing Workshop. The GDARD veterinarians are seen here in Soweto, Duduza and Daveyton; vaccinating dogs against rabies.
