Individuals affected/infected by HIV/AIDS can request services of cleaning, cooking, assistance by taking individuals to clinics for check-ups and treatment and to check on their general wellbeing. They are also provided with food parcels.

Early childhood development is provided to a child or children on request by their parents/guardian in a child friendly facility. Children are kept in a facility for a specific number of hours (from morning to afternoon) depending on operating hours of the facility.
Residential care is provided to frail older persons. A 24 hour residential care is provided on a temporary or permanent basis to maintain an older person's physiological, social and emotional well-being.
The service provides a safe, secure and enabling environment for persons living with disabilities.
Shelters are provided on a temporary basis to offer accomodation and support to destitute persons.
Skills development programs (protective workshops) provide opportunities to people with disabilities from the local community to develop and improve their skills.
Social workers provide children and families with life skills to help them cope at home and in the community with challenges caused by different social ills, bereavement and trauma.
Individuals with minor to moderate cases of substance abuse such as alcohol and drugs receive treatment by visiting the treatment facility on certain days.
Treatment is provided by admitting individuals with serious cases of substance abuse such as alcohol and drugs into drug treatment facility.
Children (0-18 years) who are destitute, vulnerable, in need of care, in conflict with the law and displays behaviours which cannot be controlled by parents are provided with accommodation, life-skills programs and a stable and conducive environment.
Registration of partial care service is provided when a person, whether for reward or without, takes care of more than six children on behalf of their parents/caregivers during specific hours of the day or night or for a temporary period by agreement between the parents/caregivers or the provider of the service.
