The Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport will this weekend,12 and 13 February 2022, take its road network improvement drive, the Smart Mobility Weekends Campaign to Soshanguve in Tshwane.

The Smart Mobility Weekends are primarily aimed at ensuring that public roads in Gauteng are maintained to acceptable standards and allow for easy movement of people and goods as part of the Department’s strategy of Growing Gauteng Together Through Smart Mobility.

The campaign, undertaken jointly with municipalities, seeks to build partnerships to seamlessly enhance road maintenance programmes of provincial and local networks.
