Gauteng MEC for Public Transport and Roads Jacob Mamabolo has welcomed the final Report on the Investigation into the deaths of Siyabonga Mabila and Lawrence Tshwenu on 27 February 2021 at a quarry on the K54/Tsamaya Road upgrading and rehabilitation project between the Old Bronkhorstspruit and Solomon Mahlangu Roads in Mamelodi, Tshwane.
