​To date, 1 228 multi-storey BNG/RDP units were completed in April 2017 as well as 457 multi-storey social/rental units completed and already occupied by the right beneficiaries. There are currently 1 384 multi storey BNG/RDP units and 389 single residential FLISP units under construction.
 A total of 1 773 housing units are under construction and 344 are ready to be handed over immediately. The development is supported by four schools, developed parks and public open spaces, a shopping centre, two filling stations, a multi-purpose centre, 2 Primary Schools, 2 Secondary Schools, Crèches, Clinic, Community Centre, Pedestrian walk ways.
 The project is empowering the local communities through local employment and SMME initiatives. 12 409 jobs have been created to date.
