The Gauteng Provincial Government has published the Gauteng Township Economic Development Amendment Bill, 2023, which aims to strengthen and improve the implementation of the original Act to support township businesses, spur inclusive growth, and create opportunities in our communities.
We invite all Gauteng residents, businesses, community organisations, and other stakeholders to review the proposed amendments and share your comments. Your input is critical in shaping legislation that reflects the needs and aspirations of our township economy.
